Jessica Black is a Nunavummuit of European descent from Iqaluit, Nunavut, in Inuit Nunangat.
Her home and heart are in the North while she is exploring the world of the Pacific Northwest and learning what it means to be a good and respectful guest on Coast Salish territories.
She proudly served a full term as Nunavut's Public Representative on Nunavut Law Society Executive and is a Jane Glassco Northern Fellowship alumnus.
She practices environmental and aboriginal law, loves learning, tackling complex policy issues, art, nature, surfing, cycling, and thinks you're neat.
